AVBOB, in collaboration with INSETA, is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed youth to participate in a 12-month Long Term Insurance Learnership Programme. This initiative aims to develop essential skills and competencies in the financial services industry, particularly in insurance.

Minimum Requirements for AVBOB: Learnerships Programme
To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be a South African citizen

Be between the ages of 18 and 35

Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is required

Must include English and Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy/Accounting

Must not be currently registered for any other learnership or academic programme

No prior participation in a learnership is allowed

Willingness to be placed at any AVBOB branch in the listed regions

Must have reliable transportation

Smartphone or laptop is advantageous

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet) is advantageous

Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative

A monthly stipend will be provided throughout the duration of the learnership.
