Introduction
Tracker, a leader in innovative vehicle tracking and telematics solutions, is seeking 22 dynamic and motivated Direct Sales Agents to join our Head Office team based in Randburg, Johannesburg.
This role is perfect for individuals with excellent sales acumen, persuasive communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets. As a member of our high-performing sales team, you will be expected to drive revenue growth by upselling, cross-selling, and converting leads into satisfied long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth

Engage in upselling and cross-selling Tracker products and services to new and existing customers.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the business.

Generate leads, follow up on customer inquiries, and convert prospects into successful sales.

Manage multiple campaigns, promoting various value-added services.
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that match their requirements.

Deliver excellent customer service standards in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Administrative & Market Knowledge

Accurately capture and maintain customer records and all interaction details.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and product developments to provide the best solutions.

Continuously develop innovative and creative sales techniques to stay competitive in the market.
Operational Flexibility

Be prepared to work overtime or Saturdays as required by management to meet business demands.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

Matric / Grade 12 qualification.

1–2 years’ outbound call centre sales experience.

Proven sales track record and ability to exceed KPIs.

Computer literacy and accurate data capturing skills.

Excellent verbal communication and a professional telephone manner.

Analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify customer needs quickly.
