1. Cleaning Supervisor Position

The Cleaning Supervisor role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery, staff supervision, and operational efficiency across designated sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence:

  • Prepare work schedules and job cards tailored to each site.

  • Monitor service quality through regular inspections to maintain exceptional standards.

  • Ensure all staff are professionally dressed, wearing proper uniforms and name badges.

• Compliance & Methodology:

  • Enforce adherence to approved cleaning methodologies in line with company policies and health regulations.

  • Conduct monthly audits on high-value assets and ensure equipment is maintained, serviced, and repaired when necessary.

• Health & Safety Oversight:

  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations specific to each site.

  • Report safety concerns and maintenance issues promptly.

• Administrative Support:

  • Prepare reports and communicate with management regularly regarding unit performance.

  • Foster positive staff morale through open communication and motivation strategies.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Solid understanding of cleaning principles and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

• Experience: At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in cleaning or hygiene environments.

• Experience in commercial or hospitality sectors is advantageous.

2. Driver Position

Location: Milnerton, Western Cape

Tsebo is seeking a reliable and professional Driver to manage the safe transportation of goods and staff between sites while ensuring compliance with company policies and road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport goods and personnel safely and punctually.

• Ensure vehicles are always clean, well-maintained, and serviced on time.

• Accurately complete delivery documentation and maintain an up-to-date logbook.

• Report any vehicle defects, incidents, or accidents immediately.

• Assist with ad hoc duties when required and provide professional customer-facing services.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Presentable and professional appearance.

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and respectful demeanor.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

• Driver’s License: Valid Code 08 license.

• Professional Driving Permit (PrDP): Required.
